Will King
| The other day I was told to update my bio. I wasn’t sure there was really much need. I mean it’s only been a year since my last update. Wouldn’t we all have liked to remain college seniors? Half the time I still feel like a high school senior. Anyways, after much debate, mostly with my laziness, I’ve returned to update you, a year later, on who Will really is. |
In one year’s time I go from Part-time Will to Full-time Bobo.
Yes...along with being given full time status, I’ve been given the nickname of Bobo.
(Thanks Brent, George and Jen.)
It’s not easy being Bobo. It all really begins with the numerous golf games I have to throw against the three previously mentioned ‘bosses’. I’m also sent to pick up Mr. Clyburn’s dry cleaning on an almost daily basis, which is a task I hope you never have to endure. (Think high maintenance like Raquel Welch and demanding like Bea Arthur.)
Luckily I have an assistant of my own...I don’t know what I’d do without Chris Logan.
Many times when Chris is not doing his 7-midnight show, you’ll find me filling in so that Chris can assist me in finishing Mr. Clyburn’s errands or figuring out different ways to say “Hey Brent...great drive!!!”
(After he shanks his third straight shot into the pond.)
Life at b106.7 is definitely interesting, and life for Bobo never slows. When I’m not doing the above mentioned activities I enjoy playing racquetball, golf, traveling (though not enough), Houston Astros baseball, and of course all Gamecock sports.
I'm also available to do voice work...for both commercial and non-commercial projects

So thanks for coming by and hearing my side of the story.
I’ll try not to stay away as long as I did last time.
